You can complete sign up by providing a valid email address and activating the account by clicking on the magic link that will be sent to your email address. You can also sign up using any of your active social media accounts (FB, Gmail, Apple).
Make sure you do not have spelling errors in your email address provided at sign up. You will have to check if the activation link can be located in folders other than inbox, not forgetting SPAM.
There are cases why you may not be able to login to your account which may be one of below. i)The email address you have provided at signup may be different from what you are using to login. ii) The email address is not activated as you have not clicked on the activation link that was sent to your email address. iii) You are inputting a wrong combination of username and password.
You will receive a confirmation code in your email by clicking on the Forgot password on the login page and inputting your registered email. You will be able to update the password by using this confirmation code.

You can reset your password after logging into the app and using the Reset Password in the account details section. You can submit your current password and new password and you will be good to go.
You will be able to log out of the application by clicking on the Logout icon inside the account details page.

In case the locked content is not loading , you can try logging out of the app (by clicking the icon on the top left, then logoff button which is on the top right) and log back in using the registered email id. Once you login, you should have full access to all content in the app. If you still see limited access, then delete the app, install again and login using the registered email id. If you still have trouble accessing the locked content , you can contact the support team at support@gentoolabs.com.

You can use Reset Study to erase your progress and bookmarks data. Reset All will erase all your study data that includes your bookmarks, test history, chapter progress, remembering the last attempted question etc., enabling you to do a fresh start.
As soon as your connection is established, the download should resume automatically. In case it is not automatically downloading, you can close and open the app window again to make sure that the download is progressing correctly.
Our apps are designed such that the app content once downloaded is available for your use even when you are not connected to the internet. The user’s progress and practice data will be saved once the internet connection is reestablished.
